We at the Hamilton Branch of the UELAC have decided to add a new feature to our website: a monthly tribute to one of our Loyalist ancestors. The ancestor we are highlighting for the month of November 2025, PHilip Embury, was suggested by member Fred H. Hayward UE.
Philip Embury was born in Ireland to German parents — the family surname, before it was anglicized, was “Imberger”. You can read the rest of his story, and access links to additional resources, on the page below.
